7500 mile service ( Steering Wheel)

I did a search on this and the general feel that I get is, WASTE OF MONEY... right? Cuz that is how I felt as well. I mean its like an overpriced Oil change.

And also, I need the wood steering wheel installed, I just felt that mabye Acura should do it, since it involves the air bag but they are telling me that it will take them 2 hours of labor to put it in, when I knwo its not going to take them more than 45 mts. I dont feel like paying 200 bux to get it installed, do you guys think I can do this somewhere else, like an autobody shop??

Another quetion is Loaner Cars, it seems that most dealers around Long Island only give out RSX's and only if you originally bought or leased the car from them, so for you Long Island people out there, can you advise where I can go to get good service and a decent loaner. Thank You.

I am due for it myself and they just told me it was $90!! I was like holy ****. So it is a waste of money? I need at least an oil change and tire rotation, what would that run?

Just that is going to be more than $50 at most dealers...

I get the tires doen elsewhere for free, but my intermittent 7500 miles services run jsut short of $54 and I bring my own oil/filter...
