What's involved with 7500 mile service?

I'm fairly sure I'm going to get the tranny fluid changed, like Wayne suggested in a previous post, even if it's not scheduled regular 7500 mile maintenance.

I figure I'll have them change my oil since it's been 3750 miles since the last.

What else is needed? How much did it cost?
