Coming up on 60k mile service, need recommendations on good independent Acura/Honda service. Anyone had good dealings with dealers? Also need to replace front rotors(turned twice), recommendations on rotors and pads. I know there's a lot of post about them but wanted your instant input.

60 k save your money and do nothing.

rotors and pads i recomend rotora rotors and ebc green stuff pads

They don't do shit to your car. Trust me i use to work at a acura dealership and all they are going to do is, oil change, tranny oil change, rotate tires, replace air filter, add some washer fluid and inspect everything else that's all.

If that's the case then skip the 60K service like the others said but at what mileage should the next really needed service be?

the only major things that need to be done to the car are oil changes, tranny fluid changes and the 100k timing belt, plugs, and h2o pump change. those are the only real maint things you need to do.
the cabin filters and air filter you can do your self ans save a ton of $$ doing it yourself
