what do you all think? if i install the HKS SUPER DRAGER EXHAUST..... 4" exhaust heads....will i get pulled over easily by cops??? i don't want that to happen

well no disrespect to Shoof or MikeS, or any other law officials who own TL's, but, my motto has always been: fluck tha Po-lice my nigga, do it up...S.Holla

 

being in socal i've had my share of run-ins with the cops over my exhaust when i had the supra with greddy/trust exhaust (hell they'd pull me over when i had the stock 3" tips). but with the advent of 50-state legal exhausts, theyve kind of chilled ...i heard the judges were getting tired of seeing these fixits for something that was legal on paper.

i have already passed several cop tests (knock on wood), i.e., driving by or next to them and not being pulled over even though i have 2 five inch tips now on my TL. i think this had more to do with the exhausts on our cars not having that loud ricy sound. the first cop paced me from behind listening then after about 1/8 mile cruised past me.

it also depends on where you are...stay away from alhambra/monterey park, torrance, westminster, and ontario...wherever the concentration of ricers is higher.

besides, why are you going to let ignorant cops decide for and how you should be an enthusiast.
