I can't really tell you about the 30K service since I do all schedule maintain myself (c'mon, how hard is it to check for belt wear?). The brake work is totally outrageous though. I suggest you try another dealer. There's a TSB out for the warped rotor problem. Although they are not "required" to fix it under terms of the warranty, they should still honor it. I'm now approaching 40K and already had my rotors turned twice and all pads replaced for free. The dealer actually apologized to me that the rotors warped and says if they warp again, he'll just replace them with new rotors for free.

woo woo woo hold on a minute. you got ripped off for the 30k service (although it is going rate) they charged you alot to look at this and look at that, then did a few fluid changes.
NOW from your "member since"date and mileage I'm guessin your build date is early 2002. which should mean thoughs brakes and rotor resurfacing is covered under a T.S.B.
What they do is replace the pads with softer ones that aren't as hard on the rotors and resurface the rotors(although some members have talked there way into NEW rotors for free it's uncommon) all for free.
the fact that you're dealer didnt offer this info to you pisses me off, but it all comes down to the allmighty $ and bottomline they get more of it to do it as non TSB.

LOOKS LIKE I'M A MINUTE TOO LATE, OH WELL.

Dude! the rotors should be covered under the warranty.... besides who the hell charges 800 for brake pads???? Are they made of titanium? Your getting Screwed!

30K maitenance also shouldn't cost that much.... i just got mine done through the dealer for $265. They are ripping you off! not to mention screwing you out of a ligitimite warranty repair.

Where did you see the tsb for rotors on a 2002? I found a tsb for rotors, but only up to 2001.

Yes that price is kinda steep mine did not cost that much & I had them do a 4wheel alignment at time at an extra cost to me. You should have paid around the $300 mark. This could be in the range of $280 to $320 depending on the dealer. They way I look at the cost it should be $150 Labor & $150 Parts.

Got my 30k service for about $285, minus the air filter cause I got a aftermarket intake. Far as the brakes/rotors go, got mine replaced for free twice, under warranty.

Yep just found my invoice from the 30,000 mile service.
My cost minus the extra charge for the 4wheel align that I ask for was $304.41
