from the calculation, they should fit perfect, and many TL owners have them on stock rims, haven't heard a complaint.

they will stick out a little more on the sidewalls, but i think it looks good. there are some pics in the gallery.
also, they will help to protect your rims from curbs more than oem tires. fuel economy will suffer slightly, i bet.
