20K miles: First War work and experience

So, I took my TLS into my dealer for the first time to get some work done:

The problems:

1) Moon roof squeak
2) Seat/seat belt squeak (in left ear)
3) Brake fading and high speed poor/dangerous behavior on hard braking
4) Tranny knotchyness when cold

Results so far

1) They said they heard it and fixed it and it was common
2) They said they could not hear it. this is the worst squeak I have and had since day one, they truly have to be deaf to not hear it. I can actually just sit in the set and wiggly my butt or pull on the seatbelt and get it to squeak. They said they have never heard of this before. They are keeping it over night to hear this when the car is cold.. I told them this was the one they have to fix, I wont pick it up until this ones fixed. It not all that loud of a squeak except the fact that its right in our friggen ears and always constant.
3) They said my tires were inflated to high at 43 PSI and they were only supposed to be at 34 PSI. Those tires only have 5K miles on them, I take them of and put my custom wheels on most the time except deep winter... wonder why they were so high??? but obviously not the problem as many owners here have noted.
4) They said they have had "reports" of trannys that slip everyone in a while... Lol.. I laughed at this one... They think mine is fine... I told them that I was just giving them a chance to do preventative work before the tranny totally failed but they were not interested in doing it, they don’t care, they probably want the tranny to fail to get Acura $$$ for fixing it I brought up tranny failures a few times and they continued to act like they have knew nothing about it (note: My fried took his TLs there after a tranny failure )

I'll hear back from the tomorrow... They better fix the seat belt squeak or they will have my car in every week

That is the way to do it. Demand it... Those lazy F'ers dont want to do anything. Im taking my car in for service in 2 weeks.

Front and Passenger bubble, seatbelt squeek, dash rattle, engine making a weird *clicking noise*. Im only getting it back when everything is done also.

I previously brought my car in for seat sqeak and sunroof and they told me they cant hear anything. So they called me up and I told them I did and I wanted it fixed before they called me again. Guess what never heard a peep out of the sunroof or seat again.

I plan on sending them the link to the thread about the seat squeak. Teh funny thing is a few people have said that there is a dealer notice on this, you would think that would help them figure it out.

You can fix that seat belt squeak yourself... i took it to the dealer three times .. and all three times they said they couldn't replicate it.

This may or may not be the source of yours.. but it seems to have worked for many others:

it's INSIDE the buckle .. you'll have to buy some silicone spray and spray lightly inside the buckle receptacle on both passenger and driver's sides. Then, click in the seat belt and wiggle around to "soak" in the silicone. This has relieved me of my squeak for over 6 months now.. in a variety of different outdoor temps. Best of luck....

So I call them today after they "drive it more". They could not reproduce the squeak so they made me drive out there and show them. I got in the car, they sat next to me, I put my seat belt on and they sat net to me, I wiggled my butt and ... Squeak.. Squeak.. Squeak... They say ... Oh.. I hear that. Further more, they don’t listen to what I had been saying many times about the problem, from experiences and threads from this board... They are going to order a whole new seat belt and install it... lol.. whatever... If it works it works...
