Okay, now that we know Acura is coming out with an all-wheel-drive 300 horsepower version of the RL, its current anemic flagship model (google "2005 Acura"), what do you think the '05 TL will have under the hood? Is it even worth considering an '04 TL at this point?

Ahh, what the hell...my '00 225hp still gets me there in style. I think I'll Zaino it this weekend.

Don't conisder a 04 TL at this point, they're butt ugly. It's like they took a TL and mated it with a Civic (and not even one of the nicer looking civics).

hopefully the crack in the acura engineering department will run out soon, and once they all go through rehab and deal with the killer comedown the 05s will look nice (but I bet they won't make a major body change for a whlie, so you prolly will have to wait until 07 or 08).

Wait tiill the SH-AWD comes to the TL along with a type s, give it a couple of years with the new TL b4 they come out with a type-s. I bet i'll be over 300, the SH-AWD would be the real question.

It’s just a matter of time where a stock TL and RL will have more power then the M3! I think HONDA is experimenting with the 3rd gen TL. I bet there is one in the one of their WORKS factory in JAPAN hidden somewhere.

That would mean the other HONDA models will be bumped in HP as well. Can you say 200 HP CIVIC? :devil:

They have a 200HP Civic in Jap. Its a Type R that will never see our shores. I had a 99 Civic before my TL-S. I can't wait to see the 05 RL and 06 GS430 when they come out. Might be my next car in a few years.

I like the styling of the current (04) RL. I only got the 03 TL-S because it offered a 5 speed and got better fuel economy, it was only about $4k less than an 04 RL after discounts. I think the 04 RL looks classy, like a Lexus LS400/430, but alot less $$$.
