2003 tls vs 2004 tls vs Infiniti G35 sports coupe
I'm in the market for a new car. At the moment, I am contemplating this very difficult decision. I am leaning towards the infiniti G35 sports coupe. I am curious to see what others have to say. I am also extremely curious to see how the 2004 tls turns out. When exactly will the 2004 tls be available for purchase?

No Real or Factual info is out for 2004 TL.. Only thing we know is it will be redesigned.. Theres lots of rumours about it.. Search button is on the left click it and search for 2004 TL you will find lots of info.. And I myself am waiting for 2004 TL over any other car!

This may sound totally ridiculous. However, I just have to say it. One of my "hangups" with buying an acura tls especially in the south florida area is that:
1) everybody's got one it seems
2) alot of "senior citizens" drive it
3) it doesn't really stand out
4) did I mention that I see alot of old people driving it

That's why people mod their cars so that it will look different from the stock cars.

your right about seeing alot of senior citizens driving tl's in s.florida, but i rarely see seniors in a TLS, usually I see then in a TLP. i rarely see an elder driving a TLS, sometimes, but not often..I think the older crowd loves the naples gold TLP and the firepepper TLP.

I have to say i love my TLS, but the G35 couple i wouldnt mind having, unlike its brother the reg G35 which i think only looks good in black, is still funky looking, the coup though resembles the z350 so guys that are doggin the coupe make sure u know which one he is thinking about getting here, but u cant compare a coup with a sedan and tahts exactly what u are doing when ur debating between a 04TLs and a G35 coup .... if u want a sports car abliity and look then go with the G, if u want the look of a SPORTY SEDAN, with the sports handling and power then go with the TLS, we know what the G35 coupe will look like, but still no site of teh 04TLs or CLS, so i cant make my comparison yet, but if i like the 04 im getting, it supping it up and going out to kill

rysky007 is right...decide if you want a coupe or a sedan first. Then decide between a G35 coupe sedan adn a TLS or CLS. Persoanally the styling of the G35 coupe or seday isn't for me. Especially the interior. I'd go CLS 6 speed if it were my choice. .

if you're not in too much of a rush, wait for the '04 tl to come out. that way, if you dont like it you can get a leftover 03 for a big discount
for florida, i would probably look at the g35 coupe though. its rwd, which i didn't want up here for the winters, and it looks a lot better than the sedan.
if you're in a hurry, what about the nissan 350z? basically same as the g35 coupe.

2 different cars. From my understanding, the G35 coupe drives like the 350Z, but with 2 extra seats. TL-S is a sporty FWD car. TL-S interior is better than the G35. But the G35c is a DRIVER's Car.

To add onto what rysky007 said...for the money you spent on the G35 (sedan) so that it has all the features as the TL-S you might as well get the TL-S get i/h/e and you will still have money left, and most importantly the looks

I say get the G35 coupe they won't be as common as the 2004 TL will be. I doubt if you see any old folks driving one, 280 HP and RWD is a excellent combo. The rumor concerning the 2004 TLS is 280hp FWD, with that in mind it may be just as fast or faster than the G35, but it won't out handle it. The G35 will have a 6spd manual as well. ultamately you need to decide if you want a coupe or sedan, and/or wait and test drive all three.
