2002 acura 3.2 TL or 2003 honda accord EX-L coupe

Hi, Need your suggestion. Will be in US for another 6 months or so.

2002 Acura 3.2 TL, mileage= 102K, clean carfax (2 owners), autocheck shows 1 owner and shows 2 minor accidents. Beige leather interior. Driver seat has some wear. Out of Door dealer price = $5800

2003 honda accord ex-L coupe= 122K, clean 1 owner carfax. Interior = black leather. Driver seat has some wear. Out of door dealer price = $6700

Plz suggest me which one should I buy considering that I will stay for 6 months and will need to resale.

If your planning on Resale then get the cheapest.. No Point on investing on a Car that you plan to sale in so Little time.

Thanks Skirmich. Agree to your point.

I was just reading the reviews..it says that 2002 acura TL has some serious transmission issues. Even with 2003 honda accord. confused!

Both cars suffer from SERIOUS trans Issues... IMHO both cars are a bad Move these days.. But since your planning on using them for so Little time the chances are you wont get any trans issues on your ownership... The Accord Coupe should be a lil bit faster than the TL.

I would expand my search to some other choices, considering the short turnaround.
Maybe lease or rent something.....rather than to actually buy and try to sale later.

just noticed the are both clean lol I guess it wasn't a total loss. The accord is priced very steep if you can get it for closer to 6k (or under) do that and remember cash is king in a dealership, they cant say no if you walk in with cash ready to buy.

3.2TLc - I explored the other options, that is, I rented from Hertz under discounted rate for 2.5 months. Paid $1700 and then thought of returning it back. Now, have 6 months left in US.

For the 2003 honda accord coupe, my research shows that 2003 honda accord is considered to be very unrealiable

Am I thinking too much ? or as Skirmich said, just buy the cheapest one.

I saw an add today for 2006 nissan altima with 120K miles - $6900 today.
