Memory seats would be tricky.
You could do the TL-S cluster.

My interior is pretty ripped up, and i found a set of front/ back seats +door panels, These are the only parts that would be swapped into the car. And im not sure if the memory seats would work

memory seats wont work, i sold my seats to a former member who had an 2000 tl and the memory and automatic seats would move, dont know if he fixed the problem or not. their is a safety button that u can press to move the seats forward and back

^^ is the safety button hard to reach, and would the normal seat controls work?

im not sure if its easy to reach but he took out a plastic panel and and reached it with a screwdriver. ill have to ask him how he did it.
