1999 Acura TL Recent Oil Leak
Hi All,
I have 2nd gen base TL with 139K on the clock. I'm starting to notice a slow oil leak collecting around drain plug. They sealed my oil pan with Hondabond HT at the shop, but the leak is still there. I sprayed some brake cleaner and found out there was a leak from somewhere around oil filter housing. Here are some pics:

A - leak seems to seep slowly
B - collects mostly here
C - collects and drips to the floor slowly
Mechanic suggested it's not coming from valve cover, but could be from cam seals. I'm thinking more like vtec solenoid gasket or oil pressure sensor seal. Please help! Thank you in advance!

I finally tracked my leak to the oil pressure sender, right next to the vtec sensor.
Found it from the top with an inspection mirror and a bright light.
It is a $20 part, and it will go in shortly.
If the leak is not the oil pan or the RMS [thank God!], then it is likely from above.
Methinks another good hard look is in order.

I guess I will be changing Vtec solenoid gasket, seal and vtec pressure sensor I think has a seal too. I might as well change engine oil sensor, which doesn't make sense why it would leak. I will try to take pictures and post them soon. Thanks for help!
