Does anyone use it?
Is it useful?
e.g. Increase the longevity of your Acura TL or TL-S Automatic Transmission

If so, that cooler will be the thing that "eliminates" our transmission problem

A quick search would have answered your questions, but in short No. It doesnt do any thing. It wont help save the trans. You can get a B&M cooler cheaper if you feel the need to have one.

The only way to ever resolve the tranny problem is just do a 6-speed swap.

It doesnt help the trans failure problem. Fluid temp isnt the problem in our cars. Getting fluid to a part is the problem.
