I had the same leak on my drivers side. Turned out to be the top corner of my windshield. I bought a tube of windshield sealer from Home Depot and was able to seal it under the molding

Remove the A-Pillar and found out.

possibly the drains for sunroof are clogged? or windshield as noted above

Most likely drain tubes from moon-roof.
