posting for a buddy of mine.

he's got a 03 a spec (here in canada) 270km on her and the tranny is toasted.

we are wondering what transmission do we need to buy for a replacement?

will both the J32A and the J32A2 trannys work?

does anyone know of a good place to buy them from. I use to own a 02 type s and i know these trannys were veery problematic ....mine had factory recall at 140km and the car is still running smooth as butter well past 300km (sold it to a friend)

any advice and or suggestions is very much appreciated

 

put in an accord transmission. Do not put in another piece of crap transmission.

Look on carpart.com for the transmission. Just set your area to Canada and choose your province.
