you mean the kind you buy at target- the folding reflecto material on cardboard?

the P and S models are physically the same size car, with engine mods and different seats, LSD and a few other goodies making up the S package

Yes. I was looking for some customs ones online but some of them said "for 99-03 TL base model ONLY" that's why I asked if there was a difference between BASE and TYPE-S

I recommend the Heatshield brand. They're custom fitted for the tl, lasts decades, easy to use, and most importantly they work in keeping the heat out of the car.

I added a piece of reflectex below the sunroof glass- above the cardboard slider panel
Knock down the temp entering the cabin!
Tape the edges to the frame or it disappears when a vacuum/low pressure force is accidentally allowed by opening the rear portion Up.~

cooling tip for hot interior, rear widows down 2-3 inches, fronts up, ac on cold/68 and fan speed on high, Recirc OFF
Drive 35-45 mph and the low pressure created outside rear windows will suck the hot air from the car. Introducing cold air to refill the space! try it- works fast!
