'03 TL-S shudder problem

preface: had the 105 service done 10-17-08. pump, timing belt, drive belts, hoses, trans flush, plugs.

I have a 2003 TL-S, and just Friday it started bucking a bit. So like a normal person, I brought it in for service. I brought it back to the Honda dealership where I had it done, and they said no codes, bring it to an Acura dealer. "we dont have the equipment to service acuras." Ok, then why replace the timing belt/pump/etc?! They said it could be a bad coil, plug, fuel filter...

I knew it wasn't engine, because if a car will misfire it does it all the time, not necessarily under load. If I try neutral, car tachs up no problem , no breaking up. I bring it to AAMCO, because they do.. transmissions! They said its a misfire. Bring it to Acura.

OK! I get it! I'll take it to an Acura dealer!

Drop it off @ Rosenthal Acura, and they say it's a transmission problem. They wanted to know when the trans was flushed, because it looked like it was just drained and refilled. Also I had 2 bad lower ball joints, and a bad front motor mount.

NOW WTF DO I DO? All these stealerships are jerking me off!

cliffs: shockley honda for 105 service.
car shuddering, take it back. they say take it to acura. i take it to aamco, they say take it to acura. I take it to Acura, they say its a transmission problem. Also 4-5 other problems shockley should have caught.

Sounds like a possible trans problem. Front motor mounts are notorious for failing do you probably have that too. Ball joints with the age these cars are getting should be wearing out as well.

Honda dealer can do any service on your car, but if it comes to diagnostic it is appropreate for them to suggest you to take it to acura; it is not unusual unless you believe it was the timing work related issue.

im guessing that your out of warranty? and a flush on our cars is a drain and fill repeated 3x between each u drive around making sure to get into every gear. what happenes when ur driving around 30mph and stop on teh gas, does it hesitate or shift down fast and smoothly?

read the failed transmission thread, all your questions will be answered their
