Was getting one from a 98 Accord for free.Did some searching only the 01 and 02 V6 Accord will fit.My problem is I was getting the P1399,P0301,P300 and so on.Change spark plugs swap coil plugs still had problems took it to the shop they cleaned injectors and fuel rail.Car ran great for a week then problems started again took it back to the shop. The guy said I need to change the tank because it has rust inside.

rust will destroy a lot of things- like injectors and fuel rails- fuel pump etc
Note to others- check the gas cap seal- dont let this happen to you with winter upon us- moisture IS in all the gas you buy- some days its worse than others
There are a few good products you add to the gas to `dry` it out, and help the water molecules pass thru without ruining everything
Another place moisture likes to go destroy parts is the brake fluid- change that every year for best life of expensive parts
