02 tl type s for work, good deal?
i might buy my buddies 02 tl type s for work requires lots of driving.
a buddy of mine is selling a tl, he was going to sell it to another buddy for 7k but said if i wanted it for 6k i can have it, has 190k km recently changd timing belt oil change etc, is it a good buy for 6k?

How about the tranny? If that hasnt been replaced, expect to drop another 3k or so fixing it because somewhere down the road its going to go since its at 190km (dont know what that is in miles). I wouldnt buy it if its the original tranny. Just my two cents. Also, whats the condition of the car like the body and motor. Theres just so many things that can be asked to determine if 6k is a good price cause you didnt leave that much info on the car for us to help out that much.

Unless you need a comfortable, luxurious-for-what-it-is car for work, I'd go with something else. You could probably find something that's better on gas, that's much cheaper and that you probably don't really care about.
