Hows it going? i recently bought a 02 TLS. I bought it a little over 3 weeks ago and its been running fine, when i start my car and i reverse out of my drive way i hear a vibrating sound, sort of like my cell phone vibrating as if i was getting a text. Also, when i put it into drive within the first 15 seconds i will hear it again. I feel like its coming from the front of my car, if my foot is just touching the break i can feel it. It doesnt happen when i actually apply the breaks. Anyone have any idea what this sound is? it happends everytime i just first start my car and take off.

Welcome to the forum.

That sound is normal and supposed to happen. Its the abs self test. It happens 2 times, like you described.

I had a feeling it had something to do with the breaks, wasnt sure i never noticed it for the first couple of weeks. Still new to the whole acura game. came from a 99 civic. Thanks

Hmmm, I wonder why some people feel it so much. I've never heard/felt it.

Like i said i didn't really notice at first, i guess one morning i didnt have my radio on and i just heard a silent rub or vibration while my foot was near the pedal. Its not too noticable but if looked for i think everyone can hear or feel it.
