02-03 front bumper fit 99-01?

they don't fit perfectly? hondas/acura usually don't change much on their line up. i have a 96 civic hatch and i fully converted everything to a 00. the whole front end is from a 00 SI and on the interior, i also change the climate control. i'm not positive but i bet you the parts are interchangeable. if not, you'll have to change the front end which includes the fender, hood, lights, bumper. but to me, the headlights look the same so i'm guessing the only thing that needs to be changed would be the grill like what Tracer said and the bumper. but what do i know?

So the headlights are totally different so the side sheet metal would need to be modify, 99-01 grill is attached to hood but on 02+ the grill is attached to bumper. So if you change the grill, you would need to change the hood too. Too much $$$ and time, better off trading the car in.

lights, fenders, hood, grill, and bumper cover are all what you would need to change (also all the new plastic and brackets that are needed that wont swap)
