On a side note, those pics do not seem accurate as the seller has them listed as a "machined lip"

the more and more i think about wheels, its been really hard. you should put alot of thinking before buying wheels. especially for a 2g RL.
most important
1. non stag wheels; unless you don't care. AWD (not like the bmw awd where u can put stag)
2. due to point 1., width of the wheel can't be crazy if u don't want stag, bc the front won't clear too much... i been thinking about wheels with 9 or less widths
3. lip, no lip, or concave? due to point 2. and bbk, wheels won't have a big lip. no lip wheels will make your wheels look bigger than they are. concave, hard to find a set of wheels that are not custom that clear bbk. i been thinking no lip wheels
4. the color of your rl.. what color the wheels will be
5. rocking aspec, mugen or stock.. flow of the car
6. dropped how low!

then tires are a whole another story lol

Whether the wheels will clear the brakes or not has nothing to do with the offset. It's all in the design of the wheel. Unfortunately, it's something that just has to be test fit. The best place to start is contact the wheel manufacturer and ask them if the wheels are designed to clear big brake kits or not.

dude, i wrote "i tried it on" in other words test fitted. i tried 2 different width sizes too. 9.5 and 8.5. when i test fitted those, i put a 5mm wheel spacer and it cleared with both widths. you don't have to believe me and go waste your time and find about spacers.
they mass produce those wheels. but those might be 1 in like 100,000 sets that were made to clear bbk without spacers. those wheels aren't the type you order and wait like a month or more to get. plus those are alot more expensive.
those wheels are normally targeted to bimmers 3 series (non m3).
look at work wheels, very popular with our rls.

from what i know, 9.5 width wheels in front will need a lot of rolling done.
