Wheel repair

My RL has a few minor scuffs on two of the wheels. My wife's Benz has quite a few more, lol. Does anyone have any experience with the DIY kits? Of course their ads make it look like a quick and perfect solution. I'm just looking for a recommendation of which solution, if any!

what part of this description made you think it would match your wheels?

The German Wheel Scuff Repair Kit touches up wheel scuffs and scrapes with the same silver color used by major European auto makers, including BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen.
There are wheel repair places local to most areas now, have you checked into that route?

I would recommend a professional service personally. It will cost a lot more but they will look brand new when they're done.

We use these guys a lot and I've always been happy with their work. You'll have to find a tire shop to dismount the tires first though.

There are also quite a few mobile services that will come to your house and remove the wheels, dismount the tires, fix the wheels and reinstall everything on site. I would imagine that is quite a bit more costly.

Not sure about the Benz, but our wheels are painted. It would seem hard to refenish only a small portion.

Have you looked in the Wash and Wax forum?
