Tire Size for 18" A-Spec

Turns out we will be ditching the PAX system in favor of standard wheels and tires. Dad and I have decided on a set of 18" Ebony Black A-Specs and was wondering what the ideal tire size would be for them. I remember reading 245/45R18 was a good size but I'm open to other suggestions.

Thanks.

245/45-18 is the correct size, and is the direct non-PAX equivalent to your PAX 245-680R460A tires.

Just for the record, they are both approximately 26.7 inches tall.

Just don't follow the MID directions if you get a low pressure warning.

another nice advantage of the 245/45-18 tire is that there is a much better selection of manufactures and models of tires etc.

Bridgestone specs say a 255/45-18 can use an 8 inch wide rim

Im currently running 255/45/18 and they fit fine. They were actually cheaper then the 245/45/18 tires too lol.
