Hello John,

We have not tested this kit on an 05' and therefore cannot guarantee fitment.

Thank you and have a great day!

I'm having hard time finding suspension for this car, I bought everything besides shocks and springs pretty much. So I have a pile of parts waiting for springs shocks. I don't even want coil overs but seem to be the only way to drop this car.

What kit kit would you prefer? And thanks I thought they was retarded, he even asked if my car was AWD or RWD. I was puzzled cause I never even heard of or seen a RWD Acura and I've had every Acura besides a vigor or tsx

Hi John,

Sorry to hear about your troubles! We have H&R Sport Springs you could pair with some KYB GR-2s (which are closer to a OE replacement then an upgrade) so you can set it and forget it. I'll provide the links below so you can take a look. That should get you about an inch and a half off ride height.

H&R Springs: 50116 - H&R Springs - Sport Springs - Excelerate's Honda & Acura Store - Japanese Performance Specialist
KYB Shocks: KYB GR-2 / Excel-G Gas Shocks - Excelerate's Honda & Acura Store - Japanese Performance Specialist

BC also has some coilovers, and they're in stock! Those are in the $1000 price range but they'd definitively serve you well. We've installed quite a few of the BR series and they always go in and adjust almost effortlessly. If you're interested in those feel free to send me a PM and I'll see what we can do for you!

Good luck & happy modding

I tried to get bc but was told they was out of stock, everything I tried they said was made to fit 6-8 weeks. I just grabbed some d2's that seemed like my only option to get this all done and over with! I'm going to look at this h&r option and maybe send these d2s back.

Thanks a lot

Hi John,

I do have a set of H&R Sports Springs bought about a year ago for my 2005 Acura RL. Installed and ride for about 1 week and put the stock springs back.
Wifey doesn't like to be young again. ;-(

So, let me know... if you still looking..
I'm in Los Angeles area.
