RL Wheels

Like me you probably wanted to change the standard wheels on your RL as the OEM's are just aweful! After much research I found a set of TSW Montage wheels so fitted 18 in with Dunlop Winterpsort M3's for the New Jersey winter. The wheels clear the front rotors and accept the tyre pressure monitor devices. They are available in 17/18/19 in and come in black/chrome or a type of "stainless steel" look. I purchased the latter and am over the moon at the difference it makes to the vehicle. Cost was a reasonable $1,400 including fitting- better value that RonJon wheels. and cheaper than "A" Spec. If you're interested I'll post pictures.

When I was searching around for aftermarket rims, a few people had remarked that TSW wheels have a bit of a reputation for being "soft" ie, easy to scuff, dent or bend (please don't quote me on this as it is second hand info) and that is part of the reason for their lower price. Regarding price, you can get the OEM A-spec 18"s from Acura dealers on ebay for very close to the same price that you paid.

I was nearly blinded by that first post, since it was in something like 80-point type.... thankfully, vp911 fixed it.
