I've know most cars to have less adjustment in the passenger seat.

Common RL thing. No up or down motion on the passenger seat. My 1G suffered from the same thing. No up down motion on the passenger seat.

IIRC, the heat pad for heated seats is only on the bottom half of the seat for the passenger as well. None of this is a problem considering where I spend all of my time
