Lowering the Legend/RL with H&R

Hello,

I've started to look into lowering the Legend with H&R:s as I've seen in the wheel threads here.
Have some questions though.
How is the ride quality compared to OEM? I will probably still go with my OEM struts.
How is the wheel alignment affected? Do you get more camber in the back and in the front?
As I understood there are no aftermarket camberkits for this car. But I've found the front upper ball joint with camber adjustment on Rockauto.
Has anyone tried this part? It's supposed to be pressed in, but what about the aluminum control arm? Alwas read that pressing a ball joint to an aluminum arm is not possible.

Please share your thoughts and expirence.

I have had my H&Rs on for probably 8-9k miles with the stock shocks.

-Ride quality is about the same compared to stock, maybe ever so slightly stiffer. Handling seems to be better, car seems like it corners with a little less body roll.
-Wheel alignment is affected, you will need an alignment. I do have more camber in the back than the front. You can definitely see it from behind if you look hard enough but its not enough to really bother me so I never looked into any camber kits.

Here is a pic for reference. The car is not slammed but it is low enough where you need to be mindful of ground clearance when you're driving the car. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your reply, basically you answered all my questions.
Good to know the RL can be lowered without dealing with camber kits.
Do you possibly have a sheet from your latest alignment? Quite curious about the changes from stock.
Your RL looks amazing with that ride height, changes the whole car.

Here is a picture on my SUV:

I have it somewhere, I'll try to dig it out and post a pic. Thanks, you've got a good looking car yourself! I think the H&Rs will take it to the next level
