H&R Springs question

I'm sure this has been beaten to death...but I would appreciate a second of your time.

I am riding on H&R 50116 springs and someone told me that my shocks/struts would be busted up eventually.

Is this true? If so, how long would it take?

How did people go around this issue, if it exists?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Not that I know, because I don't, but are you having issues that prompt the question?

At the time got my H&R Springs last year, i also replace my rear shocks and front struts and i have never compaint about the ride. Its been a year and mechanics have inspected and checked suspension and looks ok.
