I got another nail in my pax tire. This time I took the car to Oakland Acura and they plugged the puncture. Last time I got a nail, Redwood City Acura (Hopkins) replaced the tire and rim.

The funny thing was I had to educate the dealership, including the service manager, on PAX warranty / roadhazard warranty, and they still didn't believe me. Finally after 10 minutes, searching for a warranty book, the service manager, whom told me I was wrong about the warranty, went online and got the warranty.

They really pissed me off.

It's good that they were able to fix it. Ironically, when I went to my dealership - Pohanka - the other day to get an issue with my PAX wheel resolved, he said "we're mounting the tire right now" and I thought to myself - I thought you all couldn't do that.

In any event - good to hear it's fixed! It's amazing how ignorant some dealers are about PAX....still.

Just out of curiosity, what was the issue with the PAX tire, and how was it resolved?

I didn't notice this when I picked up the car in early December. The previous owner had plugged the sidewall of one of the tires. Acura replaced the tire free of charge when I went back 2 weeks later. It was almost out of the 2 year road hazard warranty, but I don't know if they used it. That's when they said they were "mounting" the tire.
