dropping her a bit...

I just got in my H&R springs, so maybe this weekend if its not too busy I'll lower the RL a bit.

Can't wait.

Pics to follow, before and after.

I bought new shocks/struts as well so I'll get all that done at once. I'm hoping to have a free weekend here soon. I can't imagine that shocks/springs should take too long to swap out.

The fronts are fairly simple. The only annoying thing about the back is having to remove the back seat. I can't speak for the springs in the rear tho!

All done. New shocks and H&R springs.
I did the front left first and it took about 3 hours just because I didn't know exactly what I was doing or how to go about it.
The front right and rear took less than 3 hours total, so the first one was a learning experience.
Happy to say that I love the look and it rides great. I may have to switch to a 40 series tire because I get some rub with the family in the car.
Other than that, easy.

She rides really well. Not too stiff at all which is what i was concerned about. Handles really well too. A solid investment 😁

Now I think I need to replace upper and lower control arms. The lower I can see where the rubber is cracking. I've found upper/lower at rockauto.com for $417.99 shipped after a 5% off coupon. Anyone find them at a better price or have any positive/negative things to say about the Beck/Arnley brand?

I think Beck/Arnley is a solid option for the RL chassis. Heard good things about them and plan on buying them in the future myself.

Thanks! It wasn't super easy but not difficult at all. I did end up just cutting my old springs out because I couldn't find a good spring compressor. The front took some time, I took apart more than I wanted to but the time I spent taking things apart I saved myself some headache trying to muscle things into place. The rears were really easy compared to the front.

My first front corner took 3 hours as I was figuring out what to do. the other front took maybe 45 min and the back took 30 min each.
