Maybe there’s something wrong with my set up but when I removed the putter tie rod, it didn’t have a bit and cotter pin, it actually had a bearing on top to have it sit nice and flush, everything else I’ve seen online ( tie rod ) just has the boot on top?

Rock Auto carries the SUNSONG 8401566 (Rack and Pinion Seal Kit) and appears to have the hard to find seal mentioned above and the boot clamps. It costs $34, but since you do get two, cost is not horrible considering two seals ($15 each) and two clamps ($8 each). Amazon has the same kit for $56. Would not bother if these parts were available, checked with the local Acura folks and no one had them. I'm sure there is a Honda equivalent, but could not definitively find a part number.

Just need to replace the right side inner tie rod, but decided would replace the outer as well while I'm at it. Also decided to go with the less expensive Moog parts (seems to be positively regarded). The outer tie rod does not have a grease port or possibility of adding one even though Rock Auto says they are greaseable.

If anyone else has tried this kit, would love to know what your experience was. I was going to order a set shortly.

Here is a picture of the kit, thought I'd save you a few clicks and typing:
