Cupping Kuhmo's
I've had my 19" ASA JH9 wheels with 255/40ZR Kuhmo Ecsta SPT's on my RL for about 15k miles now. The tread depth as you can see in the pictures is fine but they are cupping real bad on all four. I have had them rotated and Road Force balanced twice now by the Acura dealer. I thought I noticed more road noise and a rougher ride over the last few thousand miles. The dealer told me about a month or so ago right before I put on my factory wheels and snow tires they were cupping. Tire Rack told me to take them to my local Kuhmo dealer to have them checked out. I told them I bought them from you and have spent at least 7k with you over the years and not with the local Kuhmo dealer, no avail. I'm done with Tire Rack forever and going to tell my family and friends to stay away too if they don't help out. What should I do?

Car is not lowered and alignment is perfect and has been done by dealer. Would I have to have the Camber or Caster settings adjusted when I switch from my winter wheels and tires to my summer wheels and tires?
I'm thinking of just selling the set and getting 18" Ron Jon Harrow's on Toyo Versados. Maybe the 19" wheels are too big.

wcoy, you don't have any heavy items in the RL do you? Like subs, or did you go a long period of time with something in your trunk or haul something, or even drive around with a full car long periods of time? Anytime there is a significant amount of weight in a car that can cause the suspension to ride more towards negative camber. That will cause inner shoulder wear.
I used to ride really really really low daily with my old car and had my suspension setup purposely on the negative side of camber. This was to accommodate the wide rims I had and accomplish a flush appearance. However, the price I paid for that was that my inner tires wore out after roughly 2 years? I raised my car for winter and used a different set of rims.
I'm no expert with suspension but I have had a lot of experience with negative camber and its affect on tire wear. Here are some pics just to show you how low I used to be.
