2009 RL Tire Pressure
Interesting note in the 2009 RL manual, which is a change from my 2006 manual.
There is now a high speed driving inflation section for the tires.
Normal remains unchanged at 32/30 front/rear, but at sustained high speed, they recommend 36/35
So just for kicks, I looked at the 09 TL tire pressures
32/32 for non SH-AWD P245/50R17 All Seasons
32/32 for SH-AWD P245/45R18 All Seasons
37/32 for SH-AWD P245/40R19 High Performance Summer Tires
I wonder if this is a clue for us that have upgraded to 19 inch wheels and tires?
I wonder if that would only apply to summer tires or to also all seasons in the 19 inch size.
Anyone know why they such a difference with the summer tires?
Regardless, I never would have thought to try that much difference in the tires based on our OEM 32/30 recommendations.

Burning Brakes
Well, if you're running lower sidewalls, you generally need higher pressures to prevent pinching/bottoming out the sidewall.
I feel "fast" because I've been running 35/33 on my OEM 17" setup with the Pilots, in the interest of mpg. High speed, baby...
