Yeah i ended up installing just the front lip, i like the way it came out. makes the car look a little more aggressive.

I took the car to the car wash after the snow to wash the salt off. They sprayed some stuff on te wheels and clouded the wheels so I took them off re-polish them. Yeah its still the same drop.

So they clouded them up and didn't do anything about it?!? I would get a quote to have it done professionally and have them pay it.

Yeah I re polished them they look good again. But am I dumb for wanting to take it there again and if they mess it up again I just confront them right then and there? But yeah I got the rear lip but I gotta replace the rear bumper so I'm waiting for it to come back from the body shop to put the rear on. I wanna do reverse sensors as well has anybody done an install on those?

I think it looks fine with just the front, but I have put that out there before. It appears the front may be a touch lower than the back by looking at the tire gap. Real or illusion?

first - thanks for the pics. your car looks GREAT.

here are my opinions / observations. I agree with the above people - it looks slightly unbalanced. BUT.. I don't think you need the full kit. If you have the $$ for hte full kit - WTF.. but it on! BUT.. if you want to make it look balanced and not blow another big pile of money - add the OEM mudflaps!

the mudflaps will add some mass to the rears of the wheel wells..adjacent to where your flront lip is. as the mud flaps protrude down below the sideline of the car - it will visually create a point on the rear side of the wheel well that is symmetrical with the from lip kit...

here is supergreens RL. he had 19" wheels, JUST the front lip kit, and an H&R drop. only real big difference between his car and yours, is that he has the OEM mudflaps. his car does NOT look unbalanced, to me. the mudflaps are cheap, come pre painted, and IMHO - shoudl be your next mod!

keep us posted

i'm curious what the rest of you think..but i think if you compare this side shot... to YOUR car's side shot... the silver one looks balanced. to the untrained eye, no oen would ever notice he's mising 2/3 of the body kit... whereas on your car, I think it looks slightly front heavy... your car still looks great.. not putting your car down.. i want that ffont lip too!! but i thnk the flaps would finish it off and make it look even better!!

I was gonna say the same thing about the mud flaps making the car looking a lot better but the rear mud flaps don't work with the rear lip that he plans on putting on ^^^. and just mud flaps on the front wheels would look awkward i think without the rears

Yeah I want to do sideskirts but its a lot of money. I got a friend with brand new black ones he said he would sell to me for $350 and the price to paint is $375. I would love to do the mud flaps but I have the rear lip to put on too. I wouldn't want to do just front mud flaps. I'm stuck I guess ill put the rear lip on and take another side shot. Hopefully everything looks more balanced. Thanks guys

I see you're doing a fast transformation this year. Good job. Base on the photos I see a new steering wheel, A-aspec sides and a new lawn mower. Did you purchased the wood steering wheel ? Can't figure out the other boxes.

Not feeling the nose mask. You spend a lot of money to make it look good like a VIP car. Putting that on takes a lot of it away IMHO.

Yea that leather thing I'm not feeling. If it were a full bra it'd look better IMO but you have the front kit so you cant get that. Otherwise car is sexy man I need to take some shot of mine. I did a couple of minor mods.

LOL everyone knows that, unless theyre not too bright. I think everyone was just voicing their opinion. I think 3M makes clear bra sheets that you could get a body work person to custom put on for the kit and the front bumper, fenders, and hood. But if you dont mind the kit not having the clear bra, there are RL specific ones out there I believe.

Nah I understand and I sure would love for the lip to have a clear as well. And my bumper is kinda messed up already so its too late for that
