Voice recognition on entering phone numbers

Voice recognition on entering phone numbers
I have 06 RL, not sure if this has been posted, did a search and nothing came up. My problem is that voice recognition on entering phone numbers get confused with several numbers, for example when I say "2" i get 0 or 00 read back to me, "5" I get 8. I've tried almost everything, AC off, speaking louder, softly, slowly and fast. Still the system doesn't give me the correct numbers. Any ideas? Should I take it to the dealer? Thanks for the help
