PIE X3 install - Lil Help on info

Okay so somebody correct me if im wrong here if somebody knows the answer. I just ordered the Navtool video module for my 2005 Rl and i was going to install a Pie X3 audio module for the audio support to play on a DVD player. BUT after reading up and almost buying the Pie unit i found that the harness required for install doesn't have the RL listed as a compatible vehicle. See below...
The X3-HON03 is for
2003-2007 Honda Accord
2006-2007 Civic
2005-2006 Honda CR-V
2003-2006 Honda Element
2005-2007 Honda Odyssey
2006-2007 Honda Pilot
2006-2007 Honda Ridgeline
2004-2006 Honda S2000
2004-2006 Acura TL
2004-2006 Acura TSX (Not compatible with Type-S)
2005-2006 Acura MDX.

And that is really the only Honda/Acura solution for this unit. BUT i started researching other additional units people suggest like the USA SPEC and noticed that the PA15-HON2 IS compatible with...
Honda
Accord 2003-2009
Civic 2006-2009
CRV 2005-2009
Odyssey 2005-2009
Element 2003-2009
Fit 2008-2009
Pilot 2006-2009
Ridgeline 2006-2009
S2000 2004-2009

Acura
RL 2005-2008
TL 2004-2008
RDX 2007-2009
MDX 2005-2009
TSX 2004-2009

With that said and the USA SPEC unit getting installed in the same XM port as the TL for example wouldnt that be true for the RL as well? Meaning that if the USA SPEC unit fits the TL and RL shouldnt the plug for the PIE X3 do the same as well? I know many people will say just buy the USA SPEC or some other product but with the savings of buying the PIE unit rather than a Ipod specific unit like these others ill almost have the DVD player money put together. We in a recession, im trying to save it not spend it... clip them coupons.

Thanks in advance for the help on this one.

Not necessarily. I have the Neo Audio unit which appears to be a rebranded USAspec. In any case, neither plug into the XM port, but rather the CD aux port. You operate additional sources through toggling the disc button.
