Patchy Navigation Screen

Sorry to start a new post but I really need help. It looks like my video card might be going out but I'm unsure. None of the buttons on the bottom of the radio don't work or respond when touched. The radio itself plays fine. I can't get any kind of video even if I unplug the navigation unit.

Anyone have any thoughts on what this may be. I've read things like; a fuse, needs to be rest by unplugging the battery, the navigation unit is bad,
I'm kinda lost because it's not completely blank

I think I just saw a similar thread where the issue turned out to be the navigation drive? I would instinctively say the screen, but I said that there too...
