Acura RL DVD Demo disc

Cool, I searched under "demo disc for Acura RL" and got nothing. Thanks. Did you get another others 5.1 or DVD-A disks. I know that is an outdated format but I want to experience what everyone says in a great experience to listen too. I have one disk (forget the name, it was meh) so I really wanna check this one out. Thanks again...

you shoulda search as "Acura DVD Audio DTS" Yes I got one that originally come with the 09-14 TL ELS, there you have Elliot explain how true DTS recorded and they even have one song side by side compare between regular CD 2 channels v.s 6 Channels DTS.
The reason why I tried in the RL because our RL has 10 speakers 260 W total where in my TL its 8 speakers abd 225 W, I may try this on a Lexus LS460 with ML where they had 19 speakers total of 450w system.

truonghthe so what sounds better? More speakers or more watts? I'm a musician, so im kinda picky about sound. The RL audio is ok but I find the highs and lows very lacking on the Bose system. What do you think?

Walfunk, It is the 5.1 surround sound! The way the music is mixed that is absolutely phenomenal. This is the way music should sound. SACD is also awesome. When you hear the individual instruments coming from different speakers and as they move from one speaker to the next. Absolutely fantastic! Be careful though, its addictive. You'll want to buy more and more DVD's and they can get quite expensive if you don't watch it. I bought two of the Acura DVD's off ebay. They are out there. Just depends on what you like and what you want to spend. Just picked up Deep Purple Machine Head and it is awesome. Lazy never sounded better! I am also waiting for Hotel California to arrive. I've included a link where users review DVD's.

Despite RL has 260w 10 speaker vs TL 8 speaker 225w the volume always louder in my TL (E.G same song I left the volume at 8 in the TL and I always left 10 in the RL), from the front seat I would choose the ELS over Bose but if you turn your head side way or sitting in the rear I would choose the RL over TL any day.
Mark Levinson found in the LS460 actually is 7.1 Surround sound so by no brainer its already better than 5.1. (compare apple to orange here) ISF ML system is a 14 speaker (I believe a 5.1 DTS) True surround sound should be play on mid and high volume so you can experience the distortion on certain notes or sound using the same DVD-A DTS format (unfortunately there aren't much of them out there)

Most people fail to understand about surround quality isn't about more watt or more speaker = better terms. Sound quality determine to recording studio quality, coding etc... All 3 of my cars has 5.1 DTS surround sound however in the 3G TL ELS it only apply to the front seats. Where in the RL its true 5.1 surround sound anywhere inside the car, I am actually surprise how well the Bose surround sound in the RL.

^^^ I notice the ML system starting get distortion when play at high volume in DTS format, where the ELS lacking the base down in low volume. The Bose in the RL actually sound perfectly clear when play at max volume. Unfortunately the new Acura ELS can't even compare to the new Lexus ML.
