I have not had traffic flow for a week now. Went to XM site to reset and have done that twice with no results.
The traffic scale shows for about 15 minutes, but then disappears as well.
I used to see traffic disappear randomly avery couple months for a short period like for part of a day, but it would always reappear. Then, for the past year or so, it has been very reliable until this past week.

Any one else having problems?

 

I talked to XM customer support today and they claim that my account/radio can not be reset from the Internet. They did not speak good enough english to explain why.
So they sent the reset. I'll see if it works tonight. I have my doubts.

 

I have had this problem before. Try disconnecting your battery for a half hour and the XM Traffic should come back. Have your radio code ready from your glovebox as it will ask for the code.

I tried that, but did not work. XM also sent the reset signal and did not work

 

I never see traffic on mine, something I'm doing wrong?

 

you have subscribe for the traffic through XM

 

I thought since I already had XM it would work, thanks!
