Moto Q Hands Free Operation

Moto Q Hands Free Operation
I have my Moto Q paired to my RL. I can activate voice dialing - and hear the phone dial and ring. My problem is, when the party I'm calling answers, the call no longer is on the car speaker - it's only on the phone.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

It's crazy . . . sometimes I'm able to talk over the hands free and sometimes not. I haven't really established a pattern - whether it's just incoming calls that work or outgoing.
I'm thinking of installing the Motorola firmware update that was released a few weeks ago on my Q. Maybe that will fix the problem . . .

This is a know issue with the Motorola Q. Interestingly the Q and the RL, or any other Acura, worked perfectly before Moto "upgraded" (Degraded) their firmware from version 1. As a matter of fact I am sending my Q back to Motorola to have them put back that firmware version. We can't do that because user installed firmware can only be *upgraded* we can't go down a version.
Motorola is working on a fix but don't hold your breath.

Found the problem . . .
When I use my Moto Q, I have to say "Call . . . " After the car asks for confimation, it disables the speaker. After I wait a few seconds, I say "Transfer". The speaker is turned back on and I'm good to go . . . . I just lucked up and found this process, otherwise I'd still be scratching my head!
