2006 Acura RL.

I am trying to find a device that will allow me to play video on my stock navigation and also play audio from aux devices. i keep coming across things like this.

"This does not work with the XM Nav Traffic systems- might also be called AcuraLink or HondaLink."

I just need a way to find out if my vehicle has this so i know what to purchase.

p.s. would this work if i do not have the traffic?
