Damp rubbery smell

Damp rubbery smell
I have an '05 RL, and on the damp days when I start the car, and before it's warm enough for the heat to click on, I get a sickening damp rubbery smell, like the inside of a radiator hose. I've complained to the Acura dealer, they 1) changed some filter, and that helped, and 2) claimed to have put some dehumidfier type chemical in the hoses to dry it out...and that helped a little more, but I still get the smell...it's very embarrassing if I have to take a client out under those conditions.
The odor does go away, a few minutes after the heat clicks on. But I could go see someone, park the car for an hour on a damp day, and when I get back in the car, the same thing happens...Any suggestions, advise or comments?
Thank you in advance. Carl
