2005 RL and Audiovox Sprint PPC-6700
 

Although Acura HandsFreeLink page says PPC-6700 is NOT compatible, I have been able to pair it with my 2005 RL and place calls via voice based address book as well as by navigation based address book where phone numbers are added to Places.

I have also been able to hear an incoming call on the car's speaker then press the phone handset button on the steering wheel and converse with the caller using the car's microphone and speakers (volume knob works also). The incoming call number is displayed in the dash as expected before you 'answer the phone'

The signal strength and battery condition are NOT displayed.

The HandsFreeLink page at Acura also indicates that Call Waiting does not work. I have not tried to test this feature.

I just got the phone yesterday and have only scratched the surface. The WiFi plus EVDO wireless features drove my dscision to try this phone. Second choice was the PalmOne Treo 700p which has EVDO but NOT WIFI!

So far, the phone is terrific!

I have a verizon vx6700 - Windows Mobile 5 based phone and a TL. My phone has worked fine, but I have been frustrated by the lack of battery or signal strength. After much searching on the internet, I found a program (actually, bluetooth extensions) that will enable the battery and signal strength meters with HFL. Here it is:
