I've had several people comment about my E320 or my E350, and if I look with a careless, weak-minded eye, I can see the resemblance.

Personally, I think it looks like a Vega.

 

I'm a teacher and one of my students said, "hey, your car looks like that other white one that we just saw." (referring to an '09 Accord.)
I replied, "this is Honda's flagship, not a midsize family car!"

 

....my 04 RL has been mistaken for an S Class Benz and many times... a Lexus, especially by gas attendants. Why does my 05 RL have to be mistaken for a lame Accord?

 

Accord isn't lame and they are very similar.

What bothers me is that from a distance I have a hard time distinguishing between the new TSX, TL, RL

and even though I know there are barely any new RLs out there I keep thinking I've finally spooted another one...and usually it's the TSX!!!

 

Thats cause the 1st gen is better.

Good point old Hatch.. maybe I should invest in that. I have owned 3 Accords.. great cars... for $20k.... however, I have a problem when my $50k luxury car is being mistaken for a car half its price : ( The 1G RL just had that classic stately look similar to Mercedes and the Lexus LS.

 

An Oldsmobile Aurora...the similarities are striking

 

I showed my 05 RL to a coworker. Although he knew what it was, he said it looked like a Grand AM .. I'm sure he was just trying to get a rise out of me from jealousy
