I just noticed those are 20s, will they fit the car without rubbing issues?

Too much chrome for an acura. Acuras generally don't look with chrome rims.

They are not too bad, but being 20 inch wheels you will have a very small sidewall on the tires which will ultimately lead to bending the wheels once you hit a bad pothole. Not worth the risk IMO.

I do not think its a match for the RL styling, i think it better suites the C300... as for the size...20 is a lot of metal and very little tire...the troubles that come with driving on a small sidewall is almost not worth the "looks"...

They belong on the Chrysler, not on the RL.
Look for something that compliments the car's design cues.
Finding the "Right" wheel is never easy on a model that is in limited supply.

Also take in the weight factor. What looks good standing still can be counter-productive driving. Your braking can suffer, acceleration etc. Trust me, I am talking from experience here. my TL has 19" Zenetti's. Even though I get a lot of compliments on the look, when i need to slow down form freeway speeds my car shakes a bit. Braking has also suffered tremendously. Almost got into some hairy situations because of it.
Also like others have said, the ride will suffer, and driving the RL will be less enjoyable.

Those rims are hysterical! It looks as if someone soldered a set of blinds to a rim!
