(Video) The Japanese sure know how to throw a KB1 party!
This is video of a KB1 (Legend/our RL) meet from last month in Japan. Lots of NICE KB1s here.

Watching that video still makes me stare at the RL / LEGEND. I still turn my head when I see one and I scrutinize the lines and proportions....perfect at any angle. And very nice to see in different colors as well as RL and LEGEND trim side by side.
It proves to me that this style has not faded, for me anyway. I wonder if it will be a style that becomes better appreciated after the shock, in your face styling of the power plenum novelty wears off?
I still like the LEGEND grille, but I can see how the RL grille is a less sporty, maybe more elegant alternative. Although I am one who likes to keep things OEM, I have to say the mod with the LEDS below the foglights look as signature as the LED 'eyeliner' Audi is undertaking. This would have been a wiser direction to take than the semi polished cow catcher grille.
I really think the face of THESE RLs and LEGENDs look more agressive, more sporty and more sophisticated. And I find that in a video where they are being driven slowly.
Archive this video. This concentration of RLs and LEGENDs of this style on video will likely never see these numbers again.
