So I think I found my '05 RL... need quick some opinions!
Okay guys, after doing some extensive research, haggling, and going through multiple stealerships, I found an '05 RL Black exterior with the grey (taupe) interior. It is MINT and only has around $6,000 miles. The thing is flawless, everything looks great and carfax checked out. The final bottomline price is $33,500 OTD. Should I do it?

I'd jump on it at that price. You might ask fo a discounted price for the extended warrenty too.

WOW, that's a low price. I'd jump on that before they change their mind. I was looking at a used 2005 just a month ago for $38k, before I opted to spend a few $k more for my brand new one.
