SH-AWD - What is the real power loss?

I've read several posts that say the power loss is 30-35%. Just now I ran into a dyno by K&N with one of their filters on an RDX

In the case of the RDX, the power loss was in the 28% range

Any reason the RL should be losing more power than that?

Did it hurt? Are you ok? Is there a doctor in the house?

The only thing I can think of is that I know that I read that the SH-AWD system in the MDX, RDX and TL isn't quite the same as the one in the RL. The one in the RL is a little more sophisticated. IIRC it had to do with the speed in which it will vary the torque to either wheel. I think it will vary that speed (not the actual torque) in the RL where as it's fixed in the other vehicles.

Not sure if that would account for additional parisitic power loss.
