This comes up from time to time, and it's worth saying that all you are required to do under a lease is maintain the car in good repair. That does NOT mean you have to have all the "recommended interval services" performed. Those are mostly cash cows for the dealers.
I've done many leases, and all I typically do is change the oil and filters (oil and air) (sometimes at the dealer, sometimes elsewhere, sometimes myself), and I have never had those "recommended services" done. Never ever been an issue. Which is good, because I think it's criminal to charge people $300 to oil their door hinges and adjust their parking brake cable, and I refuse to do it.

It would be a good idea to keep a pocketful of drain plug crush washers in your car to give to your local Oil change shop to use. Typically they don't use washers when changing the oil. This aids in not over tightening the drain bolt.
